Conservative return at 6% equals $6 million rent per annum
Council is taking 400 desks in 1000 desk building
Means 40% share of desks 40% of $6 million Equals $2.4 million RENT plus outgoings per annum
EQUATES to $48 million RENT of our money over 20 YEARS
This rent is forever if they agree to sell our land and buildings.
